BP Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
The BP Supervisor’s role is to manage the administrative and operational functions of his department reporting to the BP Manager. He/she is to attain BP CPUS and CPS targets by ensuring productivity though proper operational, manpower, asset and customer satisfaction management. He directly responsible for workshop operations ensuring timely and quality repair. He is also directly responsible for the protection of company and customer assets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Sales Performance & Target Attainment (CPUS & CPS)
- Monitoring and Achievement of BP KRAs & KPIs (TMP & Internal)
- Accuracy, Completeness, Quality and Timely Unit Repairs
- Workshop Management
- Manpower training, development, and performance
- Asset Protection
- Ensure Accurate, Complete and Timely submission of required reports
- Consistency in Excellent Customer Service
- Timely Customer Complaint Resolution
- Ensure compliance to TMP and company policies, work processes and guidelines
- Recommendation of operational improvements / kaizen
- Compliance to TMP, Internal, and other related Policies and Procedures
- Any related financial or legal accountability proven to have resulted from the employee’s non-compliance to TMP, Internal, and other related Policies and Procedures
- Accomplishment of all required turn-over and securing of clearance for instance of separation with the company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
- At least Engineering or Technical courses
Minimum Experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience of same capacity OR
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor with a good to excellent track record including knowledge on Service Policies, Processes and CS

Amount of supervision received by the incumbent
- Reports to the Service Manager but he will work independently on his own after a general orientation
Level of financial responsibility and accountability
The incumbent is responsible for the following:
- In absence of BP Manager, authorized signatory for BP documents like gate pass, gas coupon
- Assist in customer receiving and releasing if necessary
- Regular meeting with BP Personnel including contractors
