Insurance Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To implement and monitor regular marketing activities that boost sales
  • To ensure clean-up of Insurance AR (Cash Installment/SOA/Bounced Check)
  • To ensure 100% issuance of LOA of claims filed
  • To ensure implementation of CS Handling Standards among TMs
  • To ensure on time and accurate preparation of production report and commission report
  • To ensure that 100% of all reported or sold policies are remitted within credit terms maximum of six (6) months.
  • To reconcile and monitor receivables of Insurance Coordinators and Insurance Companies within the specified period of time
  • To ensure that 100% of all reported or sold policies are remitted within approved credit terms maximum of six (6) months
  • To prepare production report every month and submit to Insurance Manager
  • To ensure implementation of company policies and procedure in the department
  • To evaluate the performance of each Team Member and propose programs for further development
  • To ensure that over-all Insurance Transactions are performed and completed accurately and timely daily, weekly and monthly.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensures 100% attainment of Volume and Sales Target based on budget
  • Ensures implementation and monitors regular marketing activities
  • Ensures 100% clean-up of Accounts Receivables per Insurance Coordinator within credit terms maximum of six (6) months
  • Ensures on time issuance of LOA of filed claims per Insurance Company
  • Ensures compliance of Team Members to CS Handling Standard
  • Ensures production and commission report are prepared accurately and submitted prior to respective deadline
  • Ensures clean-up of outstanding accounts as per Insurance Company’s Statement of Accounts within credit terms maximum of six (6) months
  • Ensures clean-up of all account reported in the production within credit terms maximum of six (6) months
  • Ensures yearly budget is achieved by delivery of sales target and proper utilization of resources
  • Ensure the delivery of 100% Customer Delight to ensure customer retention and boost renewal sales
  • Ensures proper management of company assets
  • Ensures 100% Team Members’ Satisfaction and People Development
  • Ensures compliance of Team Members to company policies and procedures

 

JOB FACTORS

Minimum Education

  • Baccalaureate Degree preferably related to Accounting or any Business Courses Minimum Experience
  • No experience required but preferred

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Aggressive
  • Selling / Marketing Background
  • Computer Literate in Microsoft Offices and Basic Databases Operation
  • Adaptable and willing to be assigned with new tasks as the need arise
  • Communicate clearly, concisely and effectively in verbal and written communication
  • Hardworking and willing to extend time when needed
  • With good people skills
  • With good analytical and thinking skills
  • Good knowledge in implementation of policies and procedures
