Job Summary

The Kaizen Staff shall work together with the Kaizen Officer and Department Managers / Heads in finding the most effective solution to workplace problems (bottom up approach but aligned with Top Management direction). Ensures timely submission of reports to TMP, update of SGA board, and monitoring of Kaizen activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent

Minimum Level of Experience

• No work experience required.
