Part Sales Counterman

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

To attend to customers’ needs with utmost effort to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction, considering standards for customer care.

To achieve projected sales target with excellent Product Knowledge and Salesmanship ability

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for achievement of the following:

  • Accuracy of customer information
  • All ordered parts have full payment
  • Responsible for all invoiced

Zero Unclaimed Parts & Accessories

All transaction in counter with full payment

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

  • Graduate of any 4-year course

Minimum Experience

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience as sales and/or parts counterman

Knowledge and Skills required

  • Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English)
  • Good attention to details
  • Good analytical and thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft office applications (preferable excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Amount of supervision received by the incumbent

  • Reports to the Parts Manager but will work independently on his own after a general orientation

Level of financial responsibility and accountability

The incumbent is responsible for achievement of the following:

  • Accuracy of customer information
  • 100% down payment on parts to be ordered
  • Responsible for all invoiced
  • Zero Unclaimed Parts & Accessories

Level of communication and nature of contacts

Level  and nature of internal contacts

  • has regular contacts with managers and team members

Level  and nature of external  contacts

  • Has regular contacts with customers
