VSA Officer

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

The VSA Officer is in charge of overall management of new vehicles from purchase of units from TMP to its release to customers. They are also in charge of the proper documentation of units and claiming of TMP Subsidy.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • The VSA Officer is in-charge of Vehicle Releasing operations from purchases to releasing of units in good quality condition and within approved policies and procedures
  • Leads the VSA team to attain the set targets in compliance to set standards thus ensuring customer delight and satisfaction.
  • Comply with and deliver all responsibilities and items as mandated under pertinent laws, such as, but not limited to, Environmental Laws and policies, Data Privacy laws and policies, Consumer Right laws (e.g. Consumer Act of the Philippines and Lemon Law) and policies.
  • Compliance to TMP, Internal and other related Policies and Procedures
  • Any related financial or legal accountability proven to have resulted from the employee’s non-compliance to TMP, Internal and other related Policies and Procedures
  • Accomplishment of all required turn-over and securing of clearance for instance of separation with the company

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Admin with focus on handling of people and can work overtime due to exigency of work

Minimum Experience

  • At least 5 years in the automotive industry with exposure in sales and customer service

Knowledge and skills required

  • Good attention to details
  • Good analytical and thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office application (preferable excel, word, and powerpoint) good knowledge in implementation of policies and procedures

Amount of supervision received by the incumbent

  • Reports to the VSM / General Manager but she will work independently on his own after a general orientation

Level of financial responsibility and accountability

The incumbent is responsible for managing the VSA group with focus on the ff:

  • Unit schedule for release in good quality to avoid CS concern and DTI if not handled properly
  • Compliance of the group to set rules and regulations

Impact of action carried by this job

  • Lack of quality checking upon unit turnover to MP/GRM may result to CS concern / DTI issues and financial losses to the company
