Admin Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

To implement zero losses to the company assets and properties, facility improvements and maintenance programs, promote the 5S housekeeping

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

  • Baccalaureate degree

Minimum Experience

  • 2 years of experience of being an Admin Staff

Knowledge and Skills required

  • Good attention to details
  • Good analytical and thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft office applications (preferable excel and power point)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Amount of supervision received by the incumbent

  • Reports to the Admin Manager but will work independently on his/her own after a brief orientation

Level of financial responsibility and accountability

The incumbent is responsible for the following:

  • Renewal of permits
  • General Services Operations
  • Property management
  • Facilities Maintenance
  • Machinery and equipment repairs & maintenance

  • Inaccurate monitoring may result to losses on company and properties
