Automotive Service Instructor

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for new employees in conjunction with human resources staff.
- Ensuring that all employees are trained in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Designing training materials such as handouts and manuals, and presenting them to learners in a clear, organized manner.
- Maintaining attendance records during training sessions to ensure that all employees attend.
- Supporting training staff in creating lesson plans, developing course materials, and designing training schedules.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of 4-year Course (Degree in Education Course, Business Course, or Automotive Course)
- With 1 year of relative experience in Automotive or Car Dealership.
- Organized, good communication and verbal skills.
- With customer Service Skills and keen to details.
- Willing to work 6 days a week in Taytay Rizal.
