JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for new employees in conjunction with human resources staff.
  2. Ensuring that all employees are trained in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Designing training materials such as handouts and manuals, and presenting them to learners in a clear, organized manner.
  4. Maintaining attendance records during training sessions to ensure that all employees attend.
  5. Supporting training staff in creating lesson plans, developing course materials, and designing training schedules.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Graduate of 4-year Course (Degree in Education Course, Business Course, or Automotive Course)
  • With 1 year of relative experience in Automotive or Car Dealership.
  • Organized, good communication and verbal skills.
  • With customer Service Skills and keen to details.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week in Taytay Rizal.
