Customer Relations Department

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Customer Relations Staff will help maintain a high Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention level in the dealership. He/She will be responsible for receiving, coordinating, and monitoring all Voice of Customer (VOS) that will help the Dealer’s Operations for growth and sustainability.

  1. Day-to-day operations of the Department based on assigned items-to-do in the following areas:
    – Inquiry Management
    – Complaint Management
    – Customer Relationship Management
    – Customer Satisfaction
    – Customer Retention
  2. Compliance to TMP, Internal and other related Policies and Procedures.
  3. Any related financial or legal accountability proven to have resulted from the employee’s non-compliance to TMP, Internal and other related Policies and Procedures.
  4. Accomplishment of all required turn-over and securing of clearance for instance of separation with the company.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Working knowledge in MS Word, PPT, and Excel.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With visual impact and pleasing personality.
  • No below Average grade in Employment Exam.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week.
