Parts Warehouseman

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Ensure Just-in-time issuance of Parts to Service and Parts counter.
2. Ensure zero pilferage/zero losses in the warehouse.
3. Responsible for the 5’s inside parts warehouse and maintenance of all equipment inside the warehouse.
4. Responsible in checking (quantity and condition of parts) and receives parts from TMP and other suppliers based on Sales Invoice & Delivery Receipt with reference to dealer order list.
5. Prepares both TMP and internal reports needed and ensure proper filling of all documents in parts warehouse.
6. Responsible for binning and arrangement of parts to their proper, respective locations observing the Toyota 7’s Storage Technique.
7. Responsible for bin card count and accuracy.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• College Graduate, 4-year course (Business course or any related in Inventory and Automotive
• Excellent communication; Computer Literate; Analytic and customer oriented.
• Ability to use inventory computer programs and compile report (Excel).
• With good attention to details.
• Willing to work 6 days a week in Taytay Rizal.
