Service Advisor

After Sales Department – Service
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures proper encoding of complete and accurate and vehicle information in SAP system.
- Ensures all units received have corresponding Repair Order.
- Ensure attachment of required documentation such as PR, Company PO, necessary receipt for sublet repairs.
- Monitor repair order closure within 60 days upon creation,
- Ensures that all customer and vehicle information are complete to aid MRS 100% successful callout rate.
- Complies with the Maintenance Reminder Programs of the Department.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of 4-year course (Engineering & Automotive graduate is an advantage)
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good analytical and verbal reasoning.
- Knowledge in technical and mechanical terms.
- Expert in customer care.
- Willing to work 6 days a week in Taytay Rizal.
