JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensures proper encoding of complete and accurate and vehicle information in SAP system.
  2. Ensures all units received have corresponding Repair Order.
  3. Ensure attachment of required documentation such as PR, Company PO, necessary receipt for sublet repairs.
  4. Monitor repair order closure within 60 days upon creation,
  5. Ensures that all customer and vehicle information are complete to aid MRS 100% successful callout rate.
  6. Complies with the Maintenance Reminder Programs of the Department.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of 4-year course (Engineering & Automotive graduate is an advantage)
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good analytical and verbal reasoning.
  • Knowledge in technical and mechanical terms.
  • Expert in customer care.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week in Taytay Rizal.
