Toolkeeper
DEPARTMENT:
After Sales Department – Service
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspecting tool room equipment for proper functioning and reporting malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
- Keeping track of all tools and equipment in the tool room, including serial numbers and other identifying information.
- Providing information about tools and equipment to other personnel in the company as needed.
- Taking inventory of toolroom supplies and equipment on a regular basis to ensure they are in good working order.
- Cleaning and maintaining the toolroom, including sweeping floors, dusting equipment, cleaning windows, and washing walls.
- Repairing broken equipment or installing new equipment as needed
- Maintaining inventories of parts and supplies, recording purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Setting up machines or equipment for use by other employees in the facility.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate 4-years Automotive course or related to Automotive.
- Task oriented, analytic and organized.
- Attentions to details with good customer service skills.
- Willing to work 6 days a week in Taytay Rizal.
