JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. In-charge of scheduling of release & unit preparation monitoring
  2. Ensures accurate monitoring & timely payment of carwash.
  3. Ensures all release have CRES/PMS letters issued before posting of release.
  4. Ensure timely creation of gate pass & gas PO.
  5. In-charge of monitoring and requisition of VSA supplies.
  6. Ensure all vehicle release have complete documents complete before posting.
  7. Ensure completeness & timeliness of scanning releasing folders.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:

 

  • Graduate of 4-year course.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office, outlook, word, excel, & PowerPoint), with SAP experience, but not require.
  • With at least 6 months experience as an admin.
  • Strong organizational skills. Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week.
